ABOUT ICEL ICEL (Information and Communication Laboratory) was established at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in early 1999 as a supporting lab for Data Networking courses in the University. The lab is located in room BL-1-022 at College of Engineering. It is a laboratory belonging to the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Uniten. The laboratory houses the infrastructure to support data communication and networking education, project and research.THE LAYOUT OF THE ICEL LAB
